These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hjacademy.in and the counselling, training and online courses offered by HJ Academy, run by Heena Jain from 505, The Boulevard, Pratham Circle, Surat, Gujarat, India. By using the website, registering, booking or making a payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who can use our services
You must be at least 18 years old, or use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that the information you give us is true and up to date.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away at info@hjacademy.in if you think someone else has used it.
3. Counselling services
- Counselling is a supportive, talk-based service. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment and does not replace a psychiatrist or doctor.
- We are not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 112. For round-the-clock mental-health support in India, call Tele-MANAS on 14416.
- Results depend on many factors, and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome.
4. Training and corporate programmes
Workshops and corporate programmes are delivered as described in our proposal or on the programme page. For organisations, the written proposal or agreement we both accept will apply where it differs from these terms.
5. Online courses
- When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to access it for the period stated on the course page.
- You may not share your login, or copy, record, resell or publicly share course videos, documents or assessments.
- We may update course content to keep it current. Certificates are issued only when the completion requirements on the course page are met.
6. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Whether GST is included is shown at checkout or on the invoice.
- Online payments are processed securely by an RBI-authorised payment gateway (such as Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Access or a booking is confirmed only once the payment is successful. If money is deducted but the payment shows as failed, it is normally reversed by your bank or the gateway within 5–7 working days.
- We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our courses — text, videos, workbooks, logos and design — belongs to HJ Academy or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access other people’s accounts or our systems, post anything unlawful or offensive, or behave disrespectfully towards other participants during sessions. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
10. Testimonials and case studies
We publish feedback or case studies only with the person’s or organisation’s permission, and change or remove identifying details where asked.
11. Links to other websites
Our website may link to other sites, such as the payment gateway or social media. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
13. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
