Two ways we work — one to one, and with teams

Counselling is private work, paced by the person in the room. Training is built for a group and measured against what changes afterwards. Different rooms, different methods — the same belief that people move when they feel understood rather than instructed.

The process

How an engagement actually runs

  1. A conversation first

We talk before anything is quoted or scheduled. For counselling that is a short intro call; for training it is a needs analysis with whoever owns the outcome.

  2. A proposal you can argue with

You get the shape of the work, what it costs, and what we will measure. If the measurement is not something you care about, we change it before we start.

  3. The work itself

Sessions or workshop days, with practice in between. Nothing is delivered from a slide deck that has not been rewritten for you.

  4. What changed

For training, a follow-up at 30 and 90 days against the measure we agreed. For counselling, whenever you feel you have what you came for.

Not sure which of the two you need?

Describe the situation in a sentence or two. If counselling is the wrong fit we will say so, and point you at what is not.
