HJ Academy provides counselling, training and online courses. We do not sell or ship physical products. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered after you pay.
1. Online courses
- Access is given immediately after a successful payment. You will find the course under My Courses when you sign in.
- A confirmation email with your receipt is sent to your registered email address, usually within a few minutes.
- Access lasts for the period stated on the course page.
2. Counselling sessions
After you book and pay, we confirm your session date, time and format (in person at 505, The Boulevard, Pratham Circle, Surat, Gujarat, India, or online) by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. Online sessions take place by video call; the link is sent before the session.
3. Live workshops and corporate programmes
Joining details — venue or online link and timings — are sent by email or WhatsApp after registration and again before the start date. Corporate programmes are delivered on the dates and at the location agreed in the proposal.
4. Certificates and materials
Certificates and course materials are provided digitally, as downloadable files in your account or by email. Any printed workbook for an in-person workshop is handed out at the session.
5. Delivery area
Online courses and sessions are available anywhere with an internet connection. In-person sessions and workshops take place in and around Surat, or at a location agreed with your organisation.
6. Did not receive access?
If you have paid but have not received access or a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder, then contact us at info@hjacademy.in or +91 96870 99306 with your transaction reference. We will sort it out quickly.
